Journey that incorporates the principles of Sattvic quality

My name is Alberto. I am an expert in ayurvedic nutrition and I organize journeys and experiences that honor the principles of ahimsa. I believe human comes from reclaiming ancestral knowledge and living sustainably. I engage with communities that choose a simple living lifestyle. As an Ayurveda practitioner, biomagnetism, and flower therapist, I spend six months a year in Cuba on ayurvedic permaculture projects, including nutrition workshops and cooking courses. I run an ayurvedic home-restaurant called Sattvic Cafe and a holistic laboratory in Italy. Additionally, I created a traveling toy library-playroom in Cuba and I embrace my passion for board games and holistic pedagogy.
